Service Description

How does this work? I will email you multiple health questionnaires and then set aside 15 minutes to review them, we will then jump on a 60 min zoom call to discuss your unique case and what would best serve you to return to health, afterwards I will put aside 15 minutes to write up a prescription and email you. Follow-up consults are weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your unique needs. I look forward to partnering with you for Unity wellbeing.
