Service Description

This consultation is for children (0-16), concession card holders (students, pensioners, disability) Elevation congregation and regular follow-up consultation for the general community. Please note the 45 minute time allocated consists of me reviewing your case for 10 minutes prior to our 25 minute zoom consultation then 10 minutes is put aside for writing up your unique prescription and emailing.
